Isabelle McKay-Smith
Isabelle is a highly experienced fundraiser, with a proven track record over 15 years with international, national and local charities. Isabelle has written and developed multi-year strategies encompassing individuals, trusts, corporate, major donor and events income streams. She is an Individual Member of the Chartered Institute of Fundraising, and is trained in Project Management and Facilitation.

Isabelle specialises in supporting small to medium charities, particularly those in the International Development Sector develop step-change strategies that enable them to sustain growth and establish a diverse and reliable base of support.
​
Previous clients have included UNICEF, Snowdrop, Insiring Leadership Trust, Irise International and Kids Club Kampala.
Jo Black
Jo is a highly qualified fundraiser, with extensive experience in communications and event fundraising. She has experience in managing teams to achieve significant and sustained growth, and has written and implemented organisational communication strategies for a range of organisations. Jo has a degree in Business Management and is excellent at delivering training and providing practical and results focussed fundraising support.
